  • Physical presence at the property on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

  • Checking for any disturbances such as intrusions, water damage, bug control or power failure.

  • Ensuring regular ventilation upon weekly visits

  • Operating heat and/or AC

  • Collection of all Postal mail for transmission to client

  • Managing all professional staff & housekeeping staff

  • Supervision of any art installation or furniture installation

  • Any necessary coordination with client’s interior architect

Muriel Mercier

A native New Yorker, born in Madrid and raised in New York City, on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She relocated to Paris in 1998, making it her forever home. Fluent in English, Spanish, French and Catalan. Educated in New York City at the Hewitt School, a graduate of Middlebury College, Vermont with a Master’s Degree in Post War & Contemporary Art from Sotheby’s Institute in London.

The last 24 years have been spent working in Paris within the high luxury and fashion industries.

The Paris Fashion Editor for American GQ magazine at Condé Nast for fifteen years then shortly after, Global Communications Director for Repossi on the Place Vendôme for three years.

An experienced, international multitasker who takes on challenges with positivity and converts the typical Parisian “Non” into a YES.
